Have you purchased or leased a Clover Station POS, but it wasn't setup for you? The Vitalis Group offers the same level of set-up service we provide clients who sign on directly.
What we do:
1.
Our agent(s) will come in to setup your device(s), including kitchen printers or KDS (kitchen display system)
2.
Add inventory to satisfaction, fix any issues, and test routing.
3.
Train you and your staff on how to use and troubleshoot the device(s) If your business is fast paced, an agent will remain on site during your rush to make sure things run smoothly during the most stressful point of service. The idea is if staff adjusts to the machines during the height of your rush, then every other point of service will run smoothly

Inventory management: adding, replacing, removing items. Applying modifiers, separating station printing for particular items or categories, etc.
3.
Account management: overall changes to account information, including statement readouts/training, consulting on the ordering, activating, and setting up new devices.

New Device Installation
Devices are activated and installed by one of our agents on the day of their arrival, which is one or two business days following approval.
Train Management & Staff
Our agent(s) will train you and your staff on how to use the devices and answer any questions - this support is ongoing.
Cancel & Return Old Devices
Once our devices are activated for use, they will uninstall your old system, box it up, and return it to your previous provider.
